Ramada By Wyndham Kelowna Hotel & Conference Center, Kelowna

The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly, despite a bit of an off-putting smell and remaining warm even with the air conditioner on. The service was amazing, offering to buy us breakfast for our trouble and being very courteous. The location was centralized to everywhere I needed to go and convenient, with great access to the places we visited in Kelowna. The dining experience, although limited, was so good. The facilities were satisfactory.

I arrived at the hotel after a long hot drive and was pleasantly surprised by its convenient location close to the mall. The room I stayed in was on the first floor with a door leading out to the parking lot near the bar. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who accommodated my early check-in and late check-out requests. Although the dining options were not very good during my stay at Ramada, the overall experience was enjoyable. Next time, I'll make sure to book directly with the hotel rather than through a third party to potentially improve the overall experience.
